Personal Style & Wardrobe
A distinctive style direction for the founder's real life: business wardrobe, individual silhouettes, clothing choices and preparation for changing professional contexts.

Personal style and visual communication for founders whose image is part of how they lead, represent their company, and appear in public.
I work directly with business founders to bring personal style and wardrobe, visual communication, professional image and business etiquette into one coherent direction — across everyday business, media and important public occasions.

Why this work matters
A founder moves between very different settings: leadership meetings, conversations with partners, interviews, conferences, social platforms and professional communities. Each carries its own expectations, yet the person representing the company remains the same.
Some founders already have marketing and media teams. Others still make most of these decisions themselves. In both cases, personal style and professional presence benefit from a clear, consistent direction — one that reflects the individual rather than an invented public persona.
This is where my work begins: understanding the founder first, then making the many visual and presentational decisions around them more deliberate, connected and manageable. To me, the art of style is not about creating an impression at any cost, but about making choices that genuinely reflect the person and their professional role.
Founder Style · Areas of personal direction
A distinctive style direction for the founder's real life: business wardrobe, individual silhouettes, clothing choices and preparation for changing professional contexts.
Aligning personal image with the founder's character, responsibilities, company, audience and the level of visibility their role requires.
A coherent visual language across social media, photography, video, interviews and other public-facing formats — without losing the founder's own voice.
Image preparation for shoots, podcasts, interviews and video content, including styling direction and visual coordination with production or editorial teams when involved.
Practical attention to professional behavior, nonverbal communication, introductions and the nuances of presenting oneself in different business environments.
Personal preparation for negotiations, conferences, speaking engagements, travel and important business or community events.

How we begin
Our work begins with a close look at your business and personal context: your entrepreneurial background, professional responsibilities, goals, values, audiences, schedule and the situations in which you represent your company.
We also examine your present style, wardrobe, photography, video and public-facing materials. I pay attention to what already works, what feels authentic to you, and where greater consistency or preparation would be valuable.
From there, we set priorities and establish a practical personal-image and visual-communication direction. It is built around your actual working life, not an abstract ideal of how a founder should look.
The ongoing partnership
The first phase establishes a shared understanding and a clear direction. The following months are about applying it to real decisions, events and public appearances.
Depending on the founder's priorities and agreed scope, an active month may include:
My role is to take responsibility for the personal image and visual direction within the engagement — not to replace the company's marketing department or independently operate every media channel. We define the working rhythm, responsibilities and availability together.
Founder Style · The person behind the practice
My professional work has been connected with fashion, personal style, image and visual communication for more than fifteen years. I am the founder and creative director of my namesake fashion label, developed in Ukraine and expanded to the U.S. market.
Being an entrepreneur myself has shaped how I work with business founders. I understand that their time is limited, that every public appearance has a context, and that an effective personal image must fit the realities of running a company.
My background includes fashion and business education at Istituto Marangoni in Paris and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, as well as independent professional practice in personal image and visual communication.
Speaking · Writing · Research
Beyond individual work, I have shared my perspective through lectures and workshops in Kyiv and Paris, expert articles and commentary in Ukrainian media, including NV.ua and Viva.ua.
My continuing research examines the relationship between founder style, visual culture, business etiquette and professional self-presentation. I publish essays on Substack and am developing a practical book on FOUNDER STYLE for entrepreneurs and business owners.
My current speaking interests center on founder style, visual communication, professional image and business etiquette.
