The Fitting Experience
We believe that finding your flawless silhouette, perfect color, and ideal size should be completely effortless. To ensure the ultimate shopping confidence, we offer two premium fitting options tailored to your needs.
1. At-Home Try-On (Nationwide)
Can’t decide between sizes, or torn between different styles and colors? Experience our collections in the comfort of your own home before making your final decision.
How It Works:
- 01. Select Up to 3 Items: Add up to three garments (any combination of sizes, colors, or styles) to your cart and checkout as usual. Your payment acts as a fully refundable security deposit.
- 02. Your Private Fitting: Once your package arrives, you have a 5-day fitting window to try everything on with your favorite shoes and accessories.
- 03. Easy VIP Returns: Keep the pieces you love. Place the items you wish to return back in our original branded box, attach the pre-printed return label included in your package, and drop it off within 5 days.
- 04. Instant Refund: Once your return is scanned by the carrier, your refund for the returned pieces will be processed immediately.
Return Shipping Note:
• If you keep 1 or more items: The At-Home Try-On service and return shipping are 100% free.
• If you return all items: The actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your deposit to cover the transit back to our facility.

2. SoHo Pick-Up & Fitting (New York City)
Local to New York City? You can order online and select our SoHo Studio for an exclusive, private pick-up experience.
The Experience:
Try on your selected garments in our private fitting room. If the size isn't absolutely perfect, our team can instantly swap it for the right one or process a return on the spot.
To choose this option, simply select "Pick up in store" during your online checkout.
