STANDARD RETURNS 

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns can be initiated directly through your personal account on our website. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care, and we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address in US.
• We do not charge a restocking fee; however, return shipping costs for standard orders are the responsibility of the customer.

 AT-HOME TRY-ON RETURNS

Items ordered via our Try-On service feature an elevated return process and must be returned within the 5-day fitting window (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached). You can easily reuse our original branded box and the included pre-paid return label.

• If you keep 1 or more items: Return shipping is completely complimentary.
• If you return all items: The actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your fully refundable deposit to cover the transit back to our facility.

 EXCHANGES

• If you need a different size or style, we are happy to exchange your item free of charge.
• We will cover all shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
• Once we receive your returned piece, we will process your exchange immediately.

REFUND PROCESS 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
• Refunds cover the full purchase amount, excluding the original shipping cost (if applicable).
• If you used a discount code on your purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual discounted price paid at checkout.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
